- Primary Technical Consultant, your certified on-site or Cloud consultant who understands every nuance of your systems and technical needs and whose responsibility it is to keep your systems running at all times
And when three isn’t enough, we can turn to any of our full-time technical and advisory staff to lend a hand. Best of all, this extra layer of support doesn’t cost you a penny more. It’s all part of the BDS client experience and a BDS Managed Support plan.
