HOPS mobile access
Access to the HOPS application via the web client is accessible to staff that have a mobile device that is connected to the House VPN and has a valid HOPS user account.
HOPS web client is accessible to staff via iOS devices that are connected to the House VPN (VPN).
Staff can review their personal information, submit leave, and time sheets while on the go.
For staff that are reviewers of leave and/or time sheets, it also gives them the ability to approve requests and submissions via their iOS devices (i.e. iPhone or iPad).
Once you have connected your device to the VPN you will have access to the HOPS web client. The address/URL used for access is the same that you use for access while at your computer. If you need help identifying the address, please contact Berman Database Systems (BDS) for assistance.
Requesting a SecurID
To connect your device to the House VPN you need to have a SecurID hard token (key fob) or soft token (software). If you do not have either of these, you need to contact your IT support to order through the office of the CIO. You can get instructions on Remote Network Access here.
