If HOPS has the appearance as shown below when using Internet Explorer (IE), this is an indicator that the Compatibility View settings need to be adjusted, perform the following:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

From within Internet Explorer, select the gear icon and then click ‘Compatibility View settings’ 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

From the Compatibility View Settings screen Uncheck the ‘Display intranet sites in Compatibility View’.
